Sometimes your phone needs a wee bit of TLC, and FoneFixation is here to help. There’s no point in throwing out that mobile over a cracked screen or dodgy button if they can be fixed, and our experienced technicians can repair all manner of mobile ailments.
All our repairs come with a 28 day guarantee which you can upgrade to a year long warranty for a great price.
Postal Repair Service
Send us your mobile and we’ll diagnose your phone within 48 hours for a £5 service charge redeemable against any repairs carried out by us. Here’s what to do:
Step 1
Print and complete the repair
form.
Step 2
Place your phone, the completed form and your £5 cheque (made payable to FoneFixation) in a padded envelope and send by registered post to:

Step 3
Our customer care team will contact you regarding the fault and give you a cost for its repair. If you are happy with the quote you can pay over the phone by debit or credit card or send us a cheque. If you don't want to go ahead with the repair we will return your phone to you the next working day.
Step 4
You will receive your phone the next working day after completion of the repair. Please note, if you pay by cheque your handset will not be returned until the cheque has cleared.
Beyond economic repair?
If your phone just won't fix we can offer a wide range of replacement handsets, both brand new and reconditioned, which offer excellent value for money. We won't waste your cash by trying to fix a fault that will cost you more than it's worth.
